We kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
When you book with us, you are reserving our time — our time has value.
To secure your appointment,
we require a valid credit card on file.
By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our policies,
and you authorize us to charge your
card for any applicable fees related to cancellations, no-shows, or late changes
- - FULL 24 HOUR NOTICE - -
If you are unable to keep your appointment or
if you wish to cancel, reschedule, or change any of the services you’ve booked
we kindly ask that you provide a full 24-hour notice.
This means notifying us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment day/time (not just the day before).
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice
including cancellations, rescheduling, or modifying any part of your service
will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
This fee will be charged to the card on file.
- - SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS - -
Canceling or rescheduling your appointment
or canceling one or more of the services you scheduled on the same day of your appointment
will result in a charge equaling 100% of the scheduled service/services & your card on file will be charged
- - NO SHOWS - -
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment your card on file will be charged 100%
of the scheduled service/services
- - ARRIVAL POLICY - -
Please arrive to the building 10 minutes prior
to your appointment time
This will allow time for parking, restroom visits, undressing, etc.
We have clients scheduled after you so we need to BEGIN your service ON TIME
You need to be in the room and on the treatment table
AT your scheduled time
If you walk into the studio 5 minutes or more
past your scheduled time there WILL NOT be enough time to complete your service
Your appointment will be considered a
Same Day Cancellation and your card on file
will be charged 100% for the scheduled service/services
You may reschedule the appointment (or missed service) for a later date if you wish
PLEASE NOTE
If you refuse to pay your policy fees or your card on file declines charges, you will not be able to schedule with us again until the charges are paid in full
